Winter activities

We are pleased to offer different activities to discover the Hospitallers’ convent complex.

Once more, the Museum is privileged to open the Hospitallers’ crypt to the public. Over 600 nuns are buried there, as well as the cofounder of Montreal and founder of the Hôtel-Dieu, Jeanne Mance. This guided tour also includes a stop in the Hospitallers’ old chapel as well as the sacred art collection.

Please note that the tour is offered in French only, but groups (8 people or more) can book it in the language of their choice (French or English).

You are also invited to discover the Hospitallers’ old monastery. Added in the Fall of 2021, this new guided tour takes you through the monastery’s different rooms to learn about their purpose through the centuries.

Please note that the tour is offered in French only, but groups (8 people or more) can book it in the language of their choice (French or English).

Tours are available upon reservation. Please visit each tour’s page for schedules.
