Open-Door at the Chapel<\/strong> | Sunday June 1st<\/strong><\/p>\n

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The chapel is open free of charge on the first Sunday of every month. You can come directly to the chapel at 209 Pine Ave W, no admission ticket necessary.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”5px”]<\/p>\n

Guided tour of the monastery garden | Sunday June 8 & 29 (French), Sunday June, 21 (English)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Learn about the history of the garden, from its origins as farmland in 1861 to the pleasure garden we know today. A great occasion to learn more about the exhibited artworks and the dialogue between contemporary art and historical objects which inspired the exhibit. This tour is offered freely to those who have already bought an entry ticket. Places are limited.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”5px”]<\/p>\n

Hike: Explore the therapeutic value of the mountain\uff5cSaturday June 14th<\/strong><\/p>\n

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]With Explore the therapeutic value of the mountain<\/em>, which takes you from the monastery garden to the Camilien-Houde viewpoint, discover the legacy of the Hospitallers and the designer of Mount Royal Park, Frederick Law Olmsted, whose common goal was to improve the health of Montrealers. This activity is organized in collaboration with Les amis de la montagne<\/a>.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”5px”]<\/p>\n

From apothecary to herbalism | Sunday June 15th<\/strong><\/p>\n

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Follow in the footsteps of the apothecary nun and her garden of simples, thanks to the museum’s collection of pharmaceutical objects. The tour then proceeds to the garden, where you’ll discover Herboressence <\/a>and the collective\u2019s medicinal garden, while its members will guide you through a discovery workshop on the uses of plants today.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”5px”]<\/p>\n

An evening at the museum | Thursday May 15th<\/strong><\/p>\n

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Every third Thursday of the month, the museum is open until 9 pm to let you visit our exhibits in the evening. Guided tours of the temporary exhibit are included when you buy an entry ticket.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”40px”]<\/p>\n
