The Monastery Garden

Visit the “secret” garden of the monastery of the Hospitalières de Saint-Joseph nuns, a true oasis of peace hidden behind an imposing stone wall in the heart of the city. Learn about the garden's history, from the nourishing grounds of 1861 to the ornemental garden we know today. You'll also learn about the history of the Hôtel-Dieu buildings surrounding it.
