Fun in the Museum

Having fun at the museum

Every last Saturday of the month is the perfect time for the whole family to be amazed at the museum! Many themed activities are offered for children and adults alike, depending on the temporary exhibit of the moment.
Unusual seek and find in Corpus insolite: Jana Sterbak|Until August 24th
Time: 10 – 12 am
Price: 5$ per person (5 years and older). This price includes access to the temporary exhibit and participation to the activity.
No reservations required. Participants are admitted as places become available.
Children aged twelve and under must be accompanied by an adult (please note that toddlers will need constant support during the activity).
Visit the temporary exhibition Corpus insolite: Jana Sterbak with your family! You'll discover many objects from the museum and Hospitalières collections, as well as contemporary works by artist Jana Sterbak. In-Museum Activities

The doctor’s toolkit
This seek and find game lets families explore the museum freely and discover the collection of medical objects in a fun way. Can you help Dr. Boyer, a physician at the Hôtel-Dieu, find his equipment?
Fascinating apothecary
Immerse yourself in the mysteries of the apothecary with this fun activity sheet! Discover the world of apothecaries – predecessors of pharmacists - and learn more about the remedies of the time, as well as our magnificent collection of 17th and 18th century medicine jars.
These activities are self-guided. Worksheets are available free of charge at the museum reception desk.
