The temporary exhibition 100 ans à veiller sur la santé is open until September 18, 2022.

Discover the history of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec, whose role is to guide the nursing practice. It was founded in 1920 under the name of l’Association des gardes-malades enregistrées de la province de Québec. Over time the OIIQ changed the face of the nursing profession, both in terms of training and access to the practice.

The exhibition was produced by the OIIQ to celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2020 and presents the Ordre’s contribution through the century to the evolution of the nursing profession in Québec, through documents, archive photos and nursing objects.
