Temporary Exhibition on Victor Bourgeau

The exhibit is open until January 2, 2022.

Victor Bourgeau is the architect of the Hospitallers of Saint-Joseph/Hospitalières de Saint-Joseph complex. A prolific architect, he built more than 300 buildings in Quebec. The temporary exhibition Victor Bourgeau. A Bishop and His Architect is the first major retrospective of his work.

Several original works, most of them on display for the first time, are presented.

The exhibition is enriched by a family-friendly booklet-game to allow youngsters to discover the work of Victor Bourgeau and offer them keys to understanding the buildings of the Hôtel-Dieu de Montréal (in french only).
