At the Museum
From the foundation of Montreal and its dispensary in 1642 to the foundation of the CHUM, students embark on a journey of over 300 years’ worth of hospital heritage in the city. It is an opportunity for them to discover the emergence of the healthcare system in Quebec and the history of the religious congregation of the Hospitallers of Saint-Joseph, who oversaw healthcare at the Hôtel-Dieu from 1677 to 1973.
Lunch area – The Museum has a space for schools that wish to bring their lunch (max. 50 people). A reservation is necessary upon registration for an activity.
