Exploring the Therapeutic Value of Mount Royal
Did you know that Mount Royal Park was thought of to help Montrealer's health? Discover it's conceptor’s vision, Frederick Law Olmsted, and the Hospitallers' heritage, including their garden which played multiple roles and is now part of the Mount Royal Heritage Site. This tour will lead you from the monastery garden to the Camilien-Houde viewpoint while passing on the East flank of the mountain. An invitation to experience a wellness moment for both body and soul!
