Organist: Montreal native François Zeitouni is the tenured organist at the Gesù since 2005. Over the last 20 years, he has led a brilliant career as a pianist and organist. He is a well sought-after chamber musician who regularly gives recitals alongside Benoit Loiselle, Marie-Nicole Lemieux, and Olivier Thouin, to name a few. Several of his performances have been broadcast on Radio-Canada and CBC. François Zeitouni often performs as supernumerary for several orchestras, such as the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal, the Violons du Roy, and I Musici. He was invited to join the OSM for its European tours in 2009 and 2014.
This concert is part of a series of guided tours and recitals presented between June and December 2022 in different places of worship to showcase Montreal’s rich religious heritage.
